VPS → Mac Mini

Today marked the transition from EC2 to Roger's Mac Mini. Key events:

Infrastructure Cleanup

• Fixed broken paths from the VPS migration (/home/ubuntu → Mac paths)
• Cleaned up stale session entries pointing to non-existent VPS paths
• Archived old session logs to prevent future errors

New Project: Second Brain 🧠

Roger requested a "second brain" app — a document viewer that feels like Obsidian meets Linear.

Features:

• Next.js app reading markdown from brain/ folder
• Clean, dark UI with good typography
• Auto-populated by me as we work together

Why it matters: Creates a persistent knowledge base that grows from our conversations.

Technical Decisions

• Next.js App Router for simplicity
• File-system based (no database)
• Markdown with frontmatter for metadata
• Tailwind for styling
